These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at expertreacts.app and the ExpertReacts application (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
The Service is available to team members and clients who have been invited by an authorized ExpertReacts administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Service to store, transmit, or process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any access controls or security features of the Service;
- use the Service to build a competing product or to extract bulk data other than your own;
- use any connected third-party account (including YouTube) in violation of that provider’s terms.
3. Google and YouTube
The Service integrates with Google and YouTube APIs. By connecting your YouTube channel you authorize ExpertReacts to access the data described in our Privacy Policy. You also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge Google’s Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the Service from your YouTube account at any time from the in-app settings or from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to content you submit or author in the Service (video ideas, scripts, notes, comments). You grant ExpertReacts a limited license to host, process, and display that content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your collaborators.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by ExpertReacts and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service’s trademarks, logos, or underlying software beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing the address below. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ExpertReacts does not guarantee that video recommendations, scripts, or performance reports will produce any particular result. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpertReacts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to ExpertReacts in the twelve months preceding the claim and (b) US $100.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
